Don’t be alarmed

"Stress" has been made like a see-saw in our world (if we choose to engage in its ride...); the more our culture has forced this need to work harder, faster, closer to the edge, the more a desperate need for the drug of adrenalin-fuelled pastimes has risen and become quite the industry for those who benefit from both. When we extricate ourselves from such a lifestyle, we are often left with just one adrenalin source in our lives...and its the need to maintain enough money to keep a roof over our head. No wonder it claims centre stage of our early morning wake-time; the time when we should be spinning and spiraling our greatest desires and aspirations. But is there another way; one that gets us off the see-saw ride? I believe there is, though it may sound way too simple to any naysayers...

Doing alright…unconditionally

Knowing how to hold that inner space of unconditional wellbeing intact whilst facing up to whatever is going on and taking part in all aspects of life that require our attention is such an important skill set; as I was reminded this week. Once we have a handle on this, it demonstrates to us that there is nothing coming at us from outside as such and that it is that inner choice point of how to respond - a decision made from the creator seat at the very heart of us - that determines everything going on in our reality; manifesting as our most minute body responses and so very much more. We start to dare to live with a foot in both camps; one in the inner sanctum and the other "out there" in the world, newly trusting that these two aspects of ourselves can learn to walk together, "one...two...one...two...one...two". In being enticed to practice such a balanced approach (when we may have thought we had withdrawn forever) lies the potential for a whole new level of healing as we are encouraged to believe that we are not signed up for life's perpetual hopping race but can really do this whole "being divinely human" thing without expecting to keep falling over when something rocks the boat.

Healing by releasing all bullies, inside and out

In a week of one major epiphany after another, this is one of the most healing realisations of my entire health-journey to date, one which has transformed me in all the layers from deep-cellular to the very relationship that I have with the world at-large. If you have ever recognised bully-energy in your life or reacted to 'outside' fears and limitations seemingly delivered by other people or situations, I invite you to travel the path that I was taken on this last few days, leading to what feels like a deep healing of, well, everything.

Letting that canary sing

Being an especially sensitive person is a bit like being a canary in a coal mine - we experience first whatever is the trickle factor into the masses; we are the thin edge of the wedge. Sensitivities that relate to food and lifestyle - we get them emphatically and then make changes, learn about alternatives, … Continue reading Letting that canary sing
